Same order also appears to 【KITCHEN】queue, the kitchen progress is under monitoring.

Kitchen is no responding for certain period, the colour changed from green to yellow, giving an alert.

Colour is also changed from green to yellow for same order simultaneously.

Kitchen is continue no responding, the colour change again from yellow to red.

The colour is also changed from yellow to red.

Finally, kitchen finished the order, and press [DONE] button, and then the order moves from 【KITCHEN】queue to 【NEW ORDER】 queue.

Serve zone can call customer to pick up, by pressing [DONE] button, the order moves again from 【NEW ORDER】 to 【PICK QUEUE】.

【CUSTOMER BROAD】

The order moves from 【PREPARING】 to 【SERVED】, customer is being alerted to come and pick.

【SERVE BROAD】

In case customer doesn't come and pick for certain period, the colour change from green to yellow to warn.

【SERVE BROAD】

customer keep doesn't come and pick for long, the colour change again from yellow to red to warn again.

【SERVE BROAD】

Customer finally picked, order is finished and by pressing [DONE] button to clear.

The order is also clear.
